I've been having issues with synchronising to the Android App for a couple of months now. I've been using Woelkli NextCloud for hosting for a couple of years and never faced any issue until recently.

Changes that I make on the desktop app do not get reflected on the Android App (when I click on the synchronise button, it is completed without any changes being made). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Android App a couple of times. I did the same for the Desktop App a while ago. Each time, the first synchronisation goes through without a hitch, but all subsequent synchronisations have the same issue. The hardware clock on my desktop is behind by about ten seconds (which for some reason, I've been unable to fix), but I don't think that is the issue.

I'd be very grateful if anyone has suggestions for how I could fix this.

Forgot to attach the Sync Report. The txt file is the debug report from Android, while the csv file is the one from the Desktop.

Hello, just wanted to say that I experience the same problem after updating the windows client to version Joplin 3.0.13. I had no problems of syncrhonisation between clients on windows, linux, and android app before. But now I just see that it says "synchronisation coplete" but the notes doesn't appear on android that was made on desktop, the category names is also not updating. When I installed the windows desktop app I think I saw something like "does not sync with older versions". But now what to do.. I think I need to find older version of Joplin somewhere to be able to use Joplin?
Looking forward if this will be fixed in the future.
By the way I use Nextcloud to sync between devices.
