Can't un-nest nested notebooks

If you nest a notebook within another notebook, it's impossible to put it back to the root and you can only move it around between different other notebooks. It's been an issue since I first accidentally discovered that you can nest notebooks.

If you're on the desktop app, you can drop a notebook onto the "Notebooks" header.

I believe nesting/un-nesting is not supported on mobile.
