Cannot Import Notes in Joplin

Hello everyone. I have some problems with Joplin. My files were saved locally in my computer. I wanted to make synchronization with my phone and decided to save in one of the cloud services. During the synchronization part I got some conflicts and wasn't able to make synchronization with my phone, also in Joplin my notes disappeared. After I tried to import my folder with notes as Raw Joplin Export Directory and got some issues. I forgot to mention that the Encryption was enabled.

The version of Joplin that I am using is the following:

Joplin for Desktop
Joplin 1.2.6 (prod, win32)
Sync Version: 2
Profile Version: 34
Keychain Supported: Yes
Revision: f5f117c (master)

When I am trying to import the folder with my notes I got an error:

I checked if the images are in the folder. The problem is that the images are encrypted and don't know to fix the issue.

Please help me since I have important notes.

You're probably trying to import your sync folder. You need to backup to JEX format, and import this.

How can I do it? So I tried to import my folder which is saved locally as Raw Joplin Export Directory. I don't know how to fix the problem with images because they are encrypted.
