From Mastodon: The new-note menu needs work
We've received feedback about the "new note" menu on mobile:

- There is an upstream
react-native-paperpull request that should resolve this issue.- The pull request has been open for a few months without a review/comments, so it seems unlikely that it will be merged in the near future.
- Some work on implementing a custom "new note" menu has been done on this
accessibility/custom-fabbranch and other work (less far along, a different approach) has been done here. Edit: See this pull request.
