There is no PDF viewing on mobile. As you can see that option does not show in settings.

I realize that. I updated my post with a video of what I'm seeing on my device. I can't click on the referred PDF.

I can't reproduce the issue. When I click on the PDF link in Joplin on my mobile, it is opened (Android asks me in which aopp I want to open it.)
