Android Mobile App Stuck

I am attempting to sync with Dropbox and am having an issue on the 2.8.1 mobile app. Attached is a screenshot of the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its stuck fetching, wont complete synchronization.

Have you tried completely stopping the app and thus restarting the sync process? E. g. by long pressing the Joplin App Icon, selecting App info and then Force stop.

If you have already done that, are there any errors related to this? Search under Configuration > LOG.

Yes, I have. Didn't help. Just produces the same issue again.

I have similar problem when trying to establish OneDrive sync as follows:
On a reinstalled copy of the App... Co into Configuration & under Sync set the target as OneDrive BUT there is no option to Save Changes. When I again go into Config the target is not set.
HELP PLEASE using Joplin 2.8.1

You don't have the Floppy Disk to save the config in the top left corner?

Are there any errors related to this? Search under Configuration > LOG.

Thanks MrK for that hint, it worked... I didn't notice or see any document re the purpose of the 'floppy disk' icon on the Android screen. Cheers
