Currently on the desktop version, when right clicking a notebook that was deleted and sent to the trash, the only option that appears is "restore notebook". From what i could gather, the only way to really delete a notebook is to right click the trash and click on the "empty trash" option. I believe it would be beneficial if we were able to right click a deleted notebook and select a "permanently delete notebook" option, just like how you can do with notes.
