I recently noticed that 3.0.14 version has been released.
but change logs are same with 3.0.13.
what is changed in 3.0.14 ?
I believe that the OP is pointing out that the changelog for 3.0.14 (as linked above) is the same as that for 3.0.13.

Wow, my bad. Apologies.
It took me a while to spot it as well!! 
I am no GitHub expert but looking at the commits between the 3.0.13 and 3.0.14 releases the desktop client had an update to a language file which is apparently minor enough to no longer trigger a changelog entry.
There were also changes published on 2024-07-28 that seem to have applied to the Android and iOS clients. Their changelogs have been updated with new entries for 2024-07-28.

At first I thought the question is whether there's a linux-specific changeset, or something. 
Hmm, yes there's no difference between these releases, I shouldn't have released 3.0.14. I'm going to remove 3.0.13 now since there's no point having both
