What issue do you have?
If I impose a header on an entry in a markdown table using an HTML tag
like this:|||
|-|-|
|<h1>Eggs</h1> | Ham |
the css specification is applied but the heading is not reported in [toc]. Is there any way to include in the [toc] some arbitrary string in a table?
And/or is it possible to include any arbitrary string in a note in the [toc] as a subheading absent the ## syntax?
Another use-case might be: include in the [toc] all the quotations in a block of text.
Just wondering.
