I got the font working. I assumed a font family name was correct, it wasn't and changed to a default serif font.

I'm also unable getting this CSS to work. I've added the stylesheets to the file userstyle.css and it seems not working even after restarting Joplin. I wasn't aware that you need to write down [toc] inside the document to get this to work.
