Because I already had a bit of Proxmox experience from work. We usually use OpenStack, but in smaller DCs we use Proxmox.
And I never really heard about TrueNAS Scale. A friend has been using FreeNAS, and I was looking into TrueNAS a while back, but I am more into OpenMediaVault.

how do you deal whit it when it is DNS over HTTPS (DoH)?
I block DoH servers on the FW.
are they all well known, to know what to block?
