Pictures in shared notebook missing

What issue do you have?

I use a notebook owned by "user 1" and shared with "user 2".

If user 1 adds a note with embedded jpg, user 2 can see the note, but the image is broken, however the attachement is available for user 2 and the link seems ok too.

if user 2 adds a note with embedded jpg, everything is fine, both users can see the note and the image.

Issue is the same with the android app.

Which version of Joplin Server? I believe that issue was fixed in a recent version

2.13.3

it's 2.13.3, because latest isn't available for arm/v7.

i had a quick check of the changelog but didn't find a corresponding fix.
