Lost 2FA part Joplin Cloud / New previously used account

What issue do you have?

Hi, Just subscribed to Joplin Cloud. Previously I had an account but I did erase the credentials in my password manager and I therefore no longer have 2FA and the Recovery codes. Where can I ask / get an request for a reset of the 2FA part of my account?
