Fix for "Certificate has expired" error with Joplin Cloud and self-hosted sync targets

It is Electron that was the issue. 2.5 upgraded the framework.

Fixes the Let's Encrypt / Electron certificate bug. Since it's an upgrade to the Electron framework unfortunately it cannot be a patch release or be backported to other Joplin desktop versions.
