This was an older Evernote note that I was trying to import as part of a large notebook (4972 notes) that I had exported in ENEX format some months ago . I tried importing it as HTML rather than markdown in hopes that it would include images, which I made heavy use of.

NOT a high priority for me. I just keep my old EN around & search that on the rare occasions that I need an archived note. What is probably worth investigating is that it terminated the import at that point. It would probably be better to skip that note and move on to the next one while logging an error. I suspect that is the behavior most people would prefer.

This note with title "Collaborate with Lisa - notes for today's discussion" has been skipped because it's corrupted (often these notes can't even be imported back in Evernote), but the rest of your notes should be there.

To import that specific note you might want to simply copy the text in Evernote and paste it into Joplin.

I guessed that from the error message. Any thoughts about this suggested behavior?

Are you sure the other notes were skipped? Normally they shouldn't except if the ENEX file is corrupted to the point it affects other notes in the file. Are you able to import that file in Evernote?
