Cut/Paste issues since latest updates

when I "cut" an item on my list (in regular view, just the text, not including the checkbox), the checkbox for the next item below gets deleted and the item gets moved to end of the item above;

You cut the item3 isn't it ?
It looks like this behavior that I have :
