What issue do you have?

This started with the first update on Friday: I use a checkbox list for many things, including a daily list of task to get done; after updating on Friday to 3.3.9 I noticed an odd behavior that I haven't seen before: when I "cut" an item on my list (in regular view, just the text, not including the checkbox), the checkbox for the next item below gets deleted and the item gets moved to end of the item above; then, when I "paste" the item I just "cut" an extra checkbox is added to the front of the pasted item; this only used to happen when I would paste more than one item which was annoying enough, but now it happens on every pasted item; can we fix this very soon please? and while we are at it can we fix the extra checkboxes created when pasting more than one item? Thank you!

PS I've attached screenshots demonstrating the issue: #1 shows the beginning list, #2 shows Item #3 has been cut, #3 shows that an "Enter" keystroke has been made behind Item #1 (these are combined in one file since I couldn't attach more than one file :frowning: )

You cut the item3 isn't it ?
It looks like this behavior that I have :

You mean you are under karma ? lol

So, an update: I just noticed that if I use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+x to cut it has this problem, but if I use the mouse and right-click to cut it works properly! that seems very strange to me, not sure why it would work differently as it seems like it should be the same system call or whatever mechanism is used, but it seems to work differently!

Absolutely. It's very frequent to have something working on mouse and not keyboard and vice versa.
About your original issue, it's on GITHUB now...

So we have to wait from devs...
