What issue do you have?
I’ve had an awful experience with JoplinCloud. I’ve received no responses but only one response with no further help or recommendations.
I requested a refund within the 14-day period, but my request was refused. Additionally, I was billed double the normal price of my first subscription, despite the first billing being discounted automatically. When I asked why I was charged this way, I was ignored for several days till now.
Is this normal?

There's no such period. There's only a 14-day trial period within which you can cancel at any time without being charged. Please see our cancellation policy: Joplin Cloud - Help
