What issue do you have?

When I create a New Page, I would like it to be in a predictable place - preferably directly under the current page. (I am coming from OneNote and there I also have a shortcut for creating a page at the bottom of the folder - also often useful.)

Currently, when in manual sort order, a new page is created in a seemingly-random spot in the page list. I believe it has something to do with the most recently edited page? I've seen:

  1. In empty folder, creating two pages places the second one ABOVE the first one (regardless of "direction" of manual sort). (Screenshot shows this)
  2. In a folder with ~10 pages, New Page is created somewhere in the middle, but in a consistent spot (after page 4 - regardless of which page I'm on).
  3. In #2 I tried moving some pages around, and then New Page presses consistently started putting the new page at the bottom of the list.

Overall this seems quite unpredictable and hard to use. "Below the current page" I think would make a great deal of sense, though I guess "at the bottom" could be fine. Anything predictable would be helpful.
