Hey, I was trying to Add Installed Plugin to Help menu
I made some changes which work as expected but now comes the testing part, where I was confused because it requires some plugins and the system info if I add a test for the whole file.
Should I make a PR without the tests?
Any Reference or suggestions will be helpful.
