Hello. Thankyou for listening - I am clearly new to Joplin, which I love and excited to learn more. I used Evernote for about 10 years, but I'm in my late 70's, on an aged pension (in Australia) and cannot afford the rising prices Evernote demands.

I've installed Joplin on my PC, Windows 11 and then on my Android phone and Android tablet.

Problem - Somehow I have managed to back up my files on my PC, and only after an error message about the fail-safe switch - So I switched it off - - my faut clearly. So I still have a complete file (I think) on my PC, but not on my phone. I then removed the app from my phone and re-installed it and tried to back up from OneDrive with limited success. My Question then - Now that I have a .jex back up, should I delete Joplin from everything/ all devices and start again?
