Zooming HotKey request

Windows 10, Joplin 2.9.17

Like a lot of users I need to zoom in and out a lot and as such often use the hotkeys of CTRL + and -.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work with the 10-key +- keys which are so much easier to reach and use.

It would also be nice if you could hold CTRL and use the mouse scroll wheel to resize text.

This is a simple usability tweak that I feel would make a lot of peoples lives easier.

I would also like to have an Editor only Zoom option, and also a One Click Presentation Mode on the Desktop version.
