Download 2.1.9 from the homepage, joplin however keeps nagging about update 2.2.7
How to put the end for this saga?
2.2.7 is the current full release, 2.1.9 was the previous one, I'm guessing the process to update the homepage didn't run when the last full version was released.
If you go to Help->Check for updates it will prompt with a download button and direct you straight to the 2.2.7 release from github or you can download it directly from the releases on github - Release v2.2.7 · laurent22/joplin · GitHub
You may have "check for pre release versions" ticked under the update settings.
