I found the privacy statement, but I am unable to find your Terms of Service.

If you're referring to Joplin app, it's free open source, so I'm not sure there is a TOS apart from the license: https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/blob/dev/LICENSE

If you're referring to Joplin Cloud, then I'm sure there is a TOS.
