# When typing, cursor suddenly jumps to top

Hi.  
Here is my Joplin version.  
Joplin 1.5.14 (prod, darwin)

I am using it on a MacBook Pro 2018 with OSX 11.1.

I have a problem when typing, the cursor frequently jumps to the top of the document.  
Is it a known problem?
