No, actually I don't know of any application that does this. In OneNote you can create a "calculation table" but that then opens with MS Excel. "Normal" tables in OneNote do not support any calculations.
Simple calculations can be done using 10+20= inserts the result. But thats not what I search.
As I said, I tried the "JSheets" and that works for me on the Desktop, it does not work however i.e. in the Android app.
I'm not familiar with TinyMCE, but checking the website, I don't think its possible with TinyMCE.
