# Update Lag

### What issue do you have?

I just updated and all of a sudden, when I'm typing in notes, it has about a 2-3 second lag between typing characters. I notice I can type 5-8 words then it stops, pauses and continues to record my typing. I've only see this once in the past. I have tried to close down my iMac and restart yet the lag is still there.

Any resolution to this...I am still experiencing a significant lag in my typing.
