# Uncomplete synchronisation on Android

### What issue do you have?

I use Joplin on Ubuntu and Android (2 different devices) and I synchronize all of them through Joplin Cloud using encryption. While the first Android device synchronizes without any difficulty, the second one (my Samsung phone) can't get of full synchronization; the process is very long (up to 20 minutes), some notes are updated and other ones are simply not there !  
I tried to uninstall + reinstall Joplin without success. I hoped the new version 3 would help me but the problem remains.  
Can someone help me ?
