What issue do you have?

After researching on the forum, I suspect that the inability to sync is likely related to TGW and VPN. However, since there is no option to go back to the previous level, I cannot try other synchronization methods that have proven successful for other users in China.

Do you mean you cannot select any other sync target than Dropbox? Do you still have this issue after closing and reopening the app?

If you want to change to a different synchronisation target you can go to Tools > Options > Synchronisation and change it.
