# Unable to sync Notebooks from Desktop PC to table and cellphone

### What issue do you have?

I am experiencing difficulty trying to sync my Notebooks from my Desktop PC to my Android tablet and cellphone. See attached PDF for details.

Did you try pressing the Synchronise button in the sidebar? Does it show an error above it?

Here's a screen shot of the Home page on my Android tablet. You can see the error message under Synchronize. When I click on Synchronize nothing happens and none of my Notebooks (created on my Desktop PC) are showing. It's not synching!

Please help!

You need to press the orange banner, and there you can enter your end to end encryption password

Thank you. That solved the problem. I suggest that you include better directions to make it easier for users to complete the necessary steps to set up the program.
