Hi,
Open 2 profiles in the same time isn't possible if data is crypted on each profile.

How did you open 2 profiles like that? Did you use the command line (if so, what command) or you are using the ‘open secondary instance’ option?

I open secondary instance.

What if you create a new user account and then open a terminal window with that user account and run Joplin under a separate user on your same screen.

Have one profile in each instance of Joplin.
