  • The team admin account is main account for a team. This account is only for managing users and billing. You cannot synchronise data with it.

Hello,
thank you very much for your reply and explanation.
However, I have the problem that I am both an administrator and a user and unfortunately cannot register as a member:

I couldn't find any information in the manual about having to register as a member. It says that you can connect and use the cloud immediately.

What should I do?

I am not a Joplin Cloud user but it looks to me like you will need to create a separate user / sync account for yourself using a different email address.

Hi,

Thank you very much! Your advice was absolutely correct. After I changed my admin email address and entered my own email address as a member, it worked and all my notes are now in the cloud. Thanks again!
