I am using Joplin 2.9.17 on Windows 10 64bit, no Encryption, Synchronisation to FileSystem.
Failed to change sync directory: In spite of copying all files to new directory prior to changing setting in Joplin, no notebooks were found after changing directory. All md-Files in old and new directory are identical and untouched.
Same thing when going back to old directory - no noteboks found.
Tried to invoke Tools / Syncronisation / Extended Settings / Delete local data and load data from sync-target - without success.
(I had been using Syncthing before - but problems occured without active syncing.)
Any suggestions to rebuild data from existing .md-Files ?
