Sync-ing between Linux and Windows through Dropbox

I have been using Joplin on my Ubuntu system and a Windows laptop. I just got a new Windows laptop to replace the older one. Now I can't get the Windows version of Joplin to sync with the files synced from my Ubuntu system.
