I think that error indicates an issue with the encryption password. There have been issues reported with changing the master password. Maybe try using your old password(s) for the master password and see if it helps? Also where is the error displayed in the ui, can you share a screenshot?
Do you have all your data unencrypted on one of your devices? You might need to start over to from a backup to resolve the issue. There is some steps on this page How to fix synchronisation issues and start over
No, all devices gives these errors. I just want to delete those notes that can’t be synced.
Thanks for the suggestions to start over… but i need to resolve only those 5 notes that gives the error. Only those notes gives a problem, all the others notes are working fine with the password.
Another question; by changing the master password, all the notes will synced with the new master password, right?
To be honest, there is a risk you might make the situation worse by changing the master password. If you change the master password, you might need to use the re-encrypt all notes option under advanced options on the encryption screen, in order to use the new password exclusively. If you think of doing that, then at least make a full jex backup before doing so, in case something goes wrong.
In terms of getting rid of those errors, as they are note type objects, you should see 5 items which still say encrypted in the note title when you scroll down the note list when you have the all notes notebook selected. If you really don’t care about them, then you can identify them in the note list, delete them (and delete them from the trash) and then sync.
