What issue do you have?

Reoccurring sync error

  1. MacOS: Making new note, entering text. Push sync button.
  2. iPadOS: Push on sync button. New note displays OK
  3. iPadOS: Entering new text in document from #1. Push sync button.
  4. MacOS: Push on sync button. Edited note displays OK
  5. MacOS: Pasting a picture in document from #1. Push sync button.
  6. iPadOS: Push on sync button. Edited note displays OK
  7. iPadOS: Pasting a picture in document from #1. Push sync button.
  8. MacOS: Push on sync button. Edited note is put in Conflicts folder, the conflicted document lacks both pictures. On iPad the edited document is untouched on original placement (but there are also one copy in Conflicts folder without any pictures)

Learned so far: Pictures inserted in existing documents (created on MacOS) creates conflicts when they are inserted from iPad.
New notes created on iPad with inserted pictures on iPad displays OK on Mac, even with several rounds of picture insertion.
