Support publishing note from android app

Hi,

I saw the issue mentioned in How do I publish notes from Mobile App? - #2 by MrKanister but no Feature Request since then, so here it is.

It took me some time to be sure it wasnt supported by the way, I first tried

  • Share (from note menu)
  • Copy external link
    and discovered afterward the publish flow was simply unavailable on android.
