When in the experimental Rich Text editor, I am able to hover over the line between two columns in a table. This switches the cursor icon to a resize icon, indicating that I should be able to resize the table columns. I cannot, however. I think, therefor, that if one cannot actually resize table columns, then no indication should be given that one can. It's not that big of a deal, but could be a minor UX improvement to consider.
