Shortcut for command palette command

v2.8.8 on Win10

I just installed the Toggle Markup plugin. Is there a way to assign a keyboard shortcut to this command? I can select this function from the command palette, but don't see a shortcut key listed. A button would be even better, but I'll settle for a shortcut key.
