Is there a was to save searches? If not then does Joplin allow creating deep links for search queries?
I find the plugin Embed Search simple and very useful for keeping often used searches. You can define your search in any note, (I have a 
Search notebook and put all searches I want to keep in there).
You can define a search inline between other note content, or a note with just the search only. For example, you could have a note Recently Updated, and a search definition of "updated in the last seven days". There are many possibilities.
I'm not sure it this will address your need, but mention it in case.
