I want to ask that do you accept the proposals of freshers in Open-Source community(which is having few contribution in open-source projects other than Joplin)
The goal of GSoC is to introduce new contributors to Open Source. So, yes, we accept freshers.
Remember that the Proposal Deadline is tomorrow 19 April so if you plan to apply, do it very soon. And please add a link to your open source contributions in your proposal.
