Is there official way to share Joplin plugins?

Since Plugin Api is evolving maybe there could be category on this forum for showcasing ones plugins.

Is that different from the "Plugins" category we already have? Perhaps you're advocating for a split between plugin-dev and plugin-showcase?

Yes and yes. As far as i'm concerned Plugins category is for asking about development of them.
