# Plugin: Note Link System

is thst still working.  
All what I get on my side, when I press the button is this

There are only default placeholders but not a specific ID.  
It addition it looks like I have to add ID to block at first, before I can mark an element.

Copying the ID as mentioned here

contains only the Node ID:

or do I need to fiddle around with html as suggest in [Can Anchors Link Within A Single Note?](https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/can-anchors-link-within-a-single-note/39365)?
