What issue do you have?

My last subscription payment failed. Completing the payment manually according to the corresponding help content does not work. My profile page does not provide any "manage subscription" functionality. Follwoing the "manange your subscription" link contained in the "payment failed" mail directly, produces an error "Could not find subscription" ...
