Overriding drag/drop folder hover styling

Hi,

I move notes around a bit (using PARA) and it's kind of annoying that when doing drag and drop you don't see the hover indicator on the notebooks (as you do when simply moving the mouse pointer over the notebooks).
Is there a styling way to add some hover indication over the notebooks in drag and drop mode? This would make it easier to see which notebook you're actually dropping files into.
