Do you still experience the issue if you let the Android Joplin app open in the foreground?

It seems not because of the setting of attachment download mode is set to “Auto”. The problem seems because Joplin not fully sync the data from my laptop Joplin to Joplin Server. Only a few number data sync. I try to upload all data manually. I’ll try later.
