No import dialog

greetings,
When I click on any of the import option, nothing happens:

I'm using joplin 2.5.4 on linux.

all consoles entries are from a much earlier time in the day. If i open the console and click import, there is no output in the console.

If you start the app from a terminal, using ./path/Joplin.AppImage, then try to import something, does it show any error in the terminal?
