hi marph , thank you for the reply, i have read the documentation and have gotten an idea about how things work now i want to start off with any issues which i can solve, i have heard that issues labelled with good first issue would be better ones to start off with, but there seems to be no issue with that label, so could you just help me out with suggesting me any issue which is easier to solve? thank you.

I'm not a Joplin core developer, so I don't have much knowledge about the codebase. You could take a look at the open Github issues and check if there is any issue that you understand and want to work on. Or you could develop a plugin. [Any suggestions on what plugins could be created?](https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/any-suggestions-on-what-plugins-could-be-created/9479) has a lot of suggestions. This might be a good start, since you can code independently and in your own pace.
