Hello! I have got a new handy Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. But I am not able to get my data from Joplin Cloud. My Mail-adress is : sigbert.ullrich@web.de allthough for the Joplin cloud.

Maybe you never set up sync properly on your main device (PC)?

Have you already synced successfully your PC with any other device, or is it your first attempt to sync?

Your screenshot shows you have enabled end to end encryption, please go to your settings, sync, encryption and set the missing master key to the same as your main device.
