@laurent Still trying to solve this problem: I'm now trying to switch (again) from Dropbox to Joplin Cloud, but I'm getting slow syncs now because of the old data in the Joplin Cloud account which is creating thousands of conflicts. Is there a way to just clean out / reset the Joplin Cloud account? I tried the "Re-upload local data to sync target" option in Advanced settings but this still seemed to attempt a merge.

The desktop version I'm using is: Joplin 2.8.8 (prod, darwin)
